PUTSCH® is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of blades for “FEEDER” feeders. Our products cut over 20 billion drops a year in glass factories around the world.
The SM 1775, SM 2316 and SM 4031 models are the most used in the manufacture of glass bottles and vessels, with speeds of over 200 cuts per minute. In order for our blades to resist these extreme conditions, they are made from very high quality cutting speed steel.
For the production of pressed glass articles, glass manufacturers use mainly SM 3533, SM 3167 and SM 3299 model PUTSCH® blades.
These blades are made with high precision steel in our state-of-the-art machining centres. The blades manufactured in this way guarantee superior cutting performance and minimum wear.
